Preschool children enjoy spending time with other youngsters their own age and becoming involved with group activities. Structured educational programs introduce them to basic concepts in language arts, math, science and social studies. Our daily lesson plans follow a curriculum we call the Investigator Club Curriculum. Our lessons are filled with activities that include incorporating letters and numbers with arts and crafts on a sensory table and conducting science experiments. Activities are based around the theme of the week. For example, when we are learning about colors, we will conduct an experiment using cups of water and eye droppers. Students will learn about how combining two colors will make a third color!
We have specifically designed learning centers for individual and group projects that encourage children to make discoveries about themselves, fellow beings and the world we all share and live in.
